Margaret Gordon

Margaret is a results-driven energy professional with a strong background in consulting, communication, and leadership. With a deep understanding of the Energy Industry and its transition to Clean Energy, she is committed to driving high performance and building quality teams.
Her passion lies in educating and equipping others in key areas such as Change Management, DEl, Career Development, Energy Management, and Leadership. As a Customer Service strategist, Margaret designs innovative solutions that enhance efficiency while fostering an environment where people come first.

Janine Hegarty

A dynamic facilitator and learning designer, Janine brings over a decade of experience in building capability across sectors. With a background in neuroscience, performance, and communication, she specializes in crafting inclusive, brain-friendly learning experiences and solutions that engage participants from the front line to the C-suite. Her expertise in user-centered design, psychometrics, and storytelling enables her to deliver high-impact programs that are both data-driven and deeply human.
At Bain & Company, Janine served as a global creative lead, expert trainer, and member of a corporate Unconscious Bias Center of Excellence. She devised and deployed global training programs and operational solutions for employees of all tenures. She trained over 3,000 employees across all tenures on a variety of topics, included, but not limited to: effective communication and presentation strategies, unconscious bias mitigation, shame resiliency, inclusive leadership, Agile methodologies, and the cultivation of personal capacity.
At Raines International, an Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm, she created and launched interactive training initiatives integrating the latest research in initiatives neuroscience, communication, behavior, and credibility analysis. As the resident psychometric expert, she developed Raines’ signature executive assessments for use in selection, development, and senior team alignment work which integrate advanced analysis, data visualization, and side-by-side candidate comparisons. She also crafted their proprietary Difference Makers® Psychometric Assessment.
In every engagement—from community-based LEGO® Serious Play® workshops to executive leadership sessions—she fosters environments that reduce bias, spark collaboration, and drive lasting change. Janine holds degrees from Wellesley College, NYU Tisch, and Manchester Metropolitan University.

In his portfolio of experience, Jon led ESG reporting and regulatory finance at a global energy company and has managed over $1 billion in contracts throughout his career. As a collaborator, he is known for his sharp thinking, practical problem-solving, and calm, grounded presence.
Deeply committed to community service, Jon volunteers on nonprofit boards and serves as CFO for charities focused on food insecurity. His cross-sector knowledge and values-driven leadership make him a trusted and generous partner in work that matters.
